Here is an article by reporter Rusty Dennen from the Fredricksburg Virginia Free Lance-Star newspaper. I met him when I was in Biloxi, MS collecting storm-damaged photographs to be restored for free by Operation Photo Rescue. In this article he speaks of the strong determination of Elaine Antonatos and the people that experienced Hurricane Katrina and after 2 years still deal with the aftermath each day.
